What is the difference between EZ Clean vs. Standard Gasket?

On the left is the EZ Clean Gasket, which has only one groove about the size of your finger.  This makes it much easier to clean and is made of a more durable Santoprene material.  The EZ Clean option is listed with 'EZ' at the end of the product title.

On the right is the standard gasket: more of an accordion type bellows with two deep grooves along the sides.  This gasket is made of a PVC material.
